Making It Out Alive is a pretty good description of my emergence from the darkness of alcoholism and addiction. Back in the day I knew lots of people who were participating in the very same crazy behaviors that I was who didn’t make it. Some are dead, some went to prison and some just vanished. I am grateful every day of my life that the Universe chose to give me a second chance at life and to bring the “gifts” of my experience to those who might like to follow in the footsteps of recovered living.

There is no question in my mind that the metaphysical path, which I have followed and continue to follow, is the key ingredient not only in having made it out alive, but in embracing a life that transcended surviving and is enjoying thriving.

Over the years, I have come to understand that we all suffer from the weight of our bad habits – those repetitive, learned, self-defeating patterns that we would love to stop. Everything that I do from workshops, to one-on-one counseling and coaching, to my radio shows and speaking engagements is about helping people to assimilate the tools they need to put those old self-destructive behaviors down and walk away. I want everyone to have the power to free themselves from everything that is holding them back; everything from hard core addictions to just those plain old bad habits.
